Returns Policy
We really want you to be happy with your purchase and we truly believe that you will be. However, please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or even our service in order that the situation can be rectified immediately.
We try to ensure that the products are the same however because of the nature of fabrics some differences can occur, although this is what makes a product so unique. All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary.
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered please inform Kool Kaftans returns@koolkaftans.co.uk as soon as possible, stating the reason for return/refund where applicable (within 7 days, please see below). Wherever possible items should be returned in the original packaging and in exactly the same condition as received.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used in any way. We can only replace identical products (requests for different sizes acceptable), so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order.
Goods should be returned to Kool Kaftans via Royal Mail Special Delivery Post (this also applies to EU and International parcels). This should be done within 7 days of receipt of goods – If this is adhered to Kool Kaftans will then endeavour to provide a full refund within 7 days of the date of receipt of returned goods. Refund will be given as way as the original card used for the purchase and a refund receipt will be returned in the post.
Please note that postage will not be refunded for returns.
When returning goods to Kool Kaftans we require the following information from you:
- Full name and address
- Order No.
- Exact details of goods you are returning
- Reason for refund/exchange
