** Please note: Express delivery orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday will be despatched the same day, to arrive within 1-2 working days (*8-6pm).
Orders placed after 3pm Thursday will arrive on the following Monday.
Orders placed after 3pm Friday & over the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.
Unfortunately with our Express service, we are not guaranteed to cover all areas. These include - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands & Islands.
Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Are all delivery timescales?
We do our best but sometimes events beyond our control prevent this from happening. If sometimes the delay in delivery is under our control we will email you immediately to firstly apologise and to see if you still want us to send the order. We won't take any money until the item has been despatched. No money will be taken until the order is despatched.
What if an order comes in two deliveries?
Simple, you will only ever, in this instance pay for delivery once.
Can I use UK express post anywhere in the UK?
Express post is only applicable in mainland UK.
The areas that this is not covered are:
Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Postcodes: IV, HS, BT, IM, TR21-25, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50.
If a delivery is made and I am out – What happens then?
Don't worry. A card will be left with all attempted deliveries - this will inform you they have called but no one was at home. A telephone number will be left so you can call to arrange a more convenient delivery day/time.
Can I have free postage on my order?
Everyone would definitely like free postage and from time to time this will be available with certain promotions – unfortunately this is not something we offer on a regular basis.
We would like to consider offering this but unfortunately to enable us to do this the costs will have to be absorbed somewhere else and this could mean more expensive clothing, which we do not think you would like either. If you sign register with Kool Kaftans we will always then make sure you are aware when the free postage promotions are available
